Josephine Bonaparte, wife of Napoleon and first Empress of France. Josephine set the standard for grace and elegance early in the history of France. It is that standard which inspired restaurateur Serge to choose the name 'Josephine" for his establishment. His passion for fine wine and fine food was developed in Paris where dining has developed into an art form.
